We work with our clients’ physical therapists’ recommendations to insure proper reintegration into strength training and preventing re-injury.  Our trainers modify the workouts to your changing abilities, and progress when necessary, using rehabilitation exercises for post-injury rehabilitation.

Our slow training reduces the forces that commonly cause injury to your joints & muscles. We are trained to work with any age and any physical abilities & limitations.
